Stage One: Counselling

  • An inquiry form must be filled up by the child with the help of his or her parents, clearly mentioning various details as mandated in the form.

  • Parents are then escorted on a campus tour, which helps them observe and analyze the environment of the school.
  • The child and parents have an interactive session with the school counselor. The session is aimed at answering all the queries parents might have about the school.
  • A registration form which includes all the details of the student, parents, siblings, and local guardian, is then filled up.
  • Eligibility of the child is verified on the basis of his or her age and mark sheet of the previous grade/ class. The age criteria for various grades is as shown under-
  • As on 1st January of the current year

# From grade 2, eligibility is ensured after verifying the T.C. and previous year’s mark sheet.



Stage Two: Test & Assessment

  • KINDERGARTEN students are offered admission subject to their satisfying the above-mentioned eligibility criteria and their prior schooling. In addition to this, a friendly interaction is organized to judge their aptitude/ potential/ interests.
  • The child seeking admission in class 1 and onwards appears in a written test designed according to the previous class syllabus. The date for this test is allotted on the day of registration. The purpose of this test is to assess the grade for which the child is eligible rather than to grant/ refuse admission.
  • After the test/ meeting with counselor, the details are forwarded to the Principal/ Management for taking the final call.
  • The Principal/ Management conduct the final assessment of the child and seat is allotted or refused as they deem fit.


NOTE -

On confirmation of admission from the school fees are to be deposited within 3 days, failing which the seat will be offered to the next candidate on waiting list.
Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances and no request in the matter shall be entertained.
